About You:
- Energetic and physically fit, with a can-do attitude.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team.
- Keen eye for safety and quality, adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil structures and infrastructures.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and materials.
- Follow directions from supervisors and implement construction plans.
- Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations and practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- White Card (General Construction Induction card) is mandatory.
- Relevant tickets and experience operating machinery (e.g., Excavator, Bobcat) preferred.
- Experience in concrete, formwork, steel tying, and civil drainage is highly regarded.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
