About the Role:

As a 30T Excavator Operator, you will play a crucial role in our stormwater construction and maintenance projects. Your expertise will contribute to the effective management of water flow, preventing flooding and ensuring the safety and well-being of Brisbane communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 30T excavators with precision on stormwater construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with the project team to execute excavation tasks according to plan.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of stormwater systems, including excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating 30T excavators on civil construction sites.
• RIIMPO320F – Conduct civil construction excavator operations or equivalent.
• White Card (General Construction Induction card) is mandatory.
• Experience in stormwater drainage projects is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy machinery operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with project stakeholders.
